The JDZW-33R electromagnetic voltage transformer is manufactured by vacuum epoxy resin casting for outdoor deployment. As a reliable 33kV outdoor VT, it features outstanding pollution-resistance and high-temperature resistance to cope with harsh outdoor site conditions. This 33kV outdoor VT is designed for outdoor power systems with a rated voltage of 40.5 kV and rated frequency of 50 Hz or 60 Hz.
Its secondary side is equipped with multiple voltage terminals. 100 V and 110 V terminals are available for voltage metering and measurement, while 220 V and 230 V auxiliary terminals can supply power for switch operating mechanisms. Both primary and secondary windings are fitted with fuse protection. The fuses allow quick field installation, and their breaking current is well-matched against the short-circuit capacity of the voltage transformer.
A sealed cover is arranged on the secondary compartment, fitted with screws with lead-seal holes. After lead sealing is applied, unauthorized tampering and electricity theft can be effectively prevented. Built for long-term field operation, this vacuum-cast outdoor voltage transformer integrates metering, measurement and auxiliary power output functions, delivering stable performance for medium-voltage outdoor distribution networks.
