JLSZV15-10W Combined Transformers a new type of high-voltage outdoor energy metering device. It consists of two fully-insulated voltage transformers with the same ratio connected in a three-phase "V/V" configuration, with current transformers of identical ratios connected in series with phases A and C respectively. The unit is cast integrally using specially formulated low-temperature resistant epoxy resin and features seamless silicone rubber as external insulation. This product is suitable for energy metering or relay protection in 10kV and below power lines, enabling grid line loss assessment and feeder segment analysis.
The product offers the following features
High-Accuracy Metering
The current transformer uses amorphous alloy as its core material, achieving a metering accuracy of Class 0.2S or higher with negligible error. Even under very light load conditions, it maintains sufficient metering precision. The metering winding employs a multi-ratio structure to accommodate load growth requirements.
Advanced Insulation System
The external insulation utilizes imported liquid silicone rubber, providing resistance to arcing, UV radiation, and pollution, along with a long service life. The silicone rubber's hydrophobicity allows for long-term, maintenance-free operation. The internal insulation uses specially formulated epoxy resin, effectively enhancing the product's low-temperature resistance, with an operational ambient temperature range of -40°C to +45°C.
Silver-Plated Primary Terminals
The primary terminals are silver-plated to prevent oxidation and reduce contact resistance.
