The LMZ-1.14 series resin cast CT is developed to be mounted inside transformers installed in wind turbine nacelles, applicable for working circuits with a rated voltage of 1.14kV and below. Manufactured by Dalian Xinanyue Electric Power Equipment Co., Ltd., this resin cast CT undertakes the tasks of current metering, signal measurement and system protection for wind power equipment. It adopts high-temperature resistant raw materials as the main insulation medium, enabling stable continuous operation under ambient temperatures as high as +155℃.
This resin cast CT adopts targeted anti-corrosion structural design to adapt to complex offshore and coastal wind farm environments. All external metal supporting parts are manufactured from 316L stainless steel, satisfying anti-corrosion standards C4-VH and C5-M specified in ISO 12944-6. Meanwhile, its overall mechanical strength fully meets the seismic technical requirements for transformer supporting equipment. The integrated resin casting structure delivers compact layout and outstanding structural stability, which helps the unit withstand frequent vibration during long-term wind turbine operation and maintains steady transformation performance in harsh working conditions.
