Three-Phase Three-Element Y/Y Combined Transformers an improved new-generation product based on the traditional three-phase two-element V/V connection. With the continuous development of modern society, power grid load conditions are also constantly evolving and changing. For example, single-phase loads such as electrified railway traction, electric arc furnaces for smelting, and rectifier systems, as well as grid harmonics and three-phase load imbalances, can generate negative-sequence or harmonic components in V/V-connected transformers. Without a path for these components, measurement inaccuracies occur (actual tests show errors of 3%-15% with V/V connection). Therefore, our factory has developed a combined transformer with a YN connection to ensure accurate metering under complex operating conditions and to support current power management reforms. This combined transformer offers flexible metering capabilities; for instance, using single-phase energy meters allows monitoring of each phase's load to promptly identify issues.

High-Accuracy Metering
The current transformer uses amorphous alloy as the core material, achieving a metering accuracy of Class 0.2S or higher, with minimal error. Even under very light load conditions, it maintains sufficient metering precision. Additionally, the metering winding employs a multi-ratio structure to accommodate increasing load demands.
Advanced Insulation System
The external insulation is made of imported liquid silicone rubber, offering resistance to arcing, UV rays, high pollution levels, and a long service life. Silicone rubber's hydrophobicity enables long-term, maintenance-free operation. The internal insulation uses a specially formulated epoxy resin, effectively improving the product's low-temperature resistance. The standard operating ambient temperature range is -40°C to +45°C.
Silver-Plated Primary Terminals
The primary terminals are silver-plated to prevent oxidation and reduce contact resistance.
