Dalian Xin’anyue Electric Power Equipment Co., Ltd. is one of the leading manufacturers and suppliers of generator neutral grounding resistor cabinet in China. We are committed to providing high quality customized products with competitive price. Welcome to wholesale CE approved generator neutral grounding resistor cabinet from our factory.
Manufactured by Dalian Xinanyue Electric Power Equipment Co., Ltd., the AY-FZD series neutral point earthing resistor cabinets are purpose-built for 6-35 kV generator neutral-point applications. As a reliable generator neutral grounding resistor, this equipment addresses typical risks brought by generator single-phase earth faults. Once single-phase earth failure takes place inside generators, arc-grounding overvoltages tend to occur, which may impair stator winding insulation, burn iron cores, raise mechanical stress on relevant components, and even trigger phase-to-phase or turn-to-turn short circuits under severe operating conditions.
This generator neutral grounding resistor adopts high-resistance neutral earthing schemes specially optimized for generator working conditions. It imposes effective constraints on arc-grounding overvoltages, safeguards generator winding insulation, and prevents minor failures from expanding into more serious accidents. Fitted with premium single-phase vacuum contactors and Siemens industrial-grade PLC control modules, the whole cabinet delivers steady and dependable running performance on site.
As a well-engineered generator neutral grounding resistor assembly, the product finds extensive deployment among high-voltage generator units of large-scale data centres. It also acts as dedicated auxiliary protective gear for diesel generator sets. With mature control configuration and complete fault-suppression capacity, the cabinet satisfies strict safety requirements of generator neutral-point treatment and becomes a trustworthy supporting solution for modern power generation projects.
